Party Committee Secretary
Prior to joining BFU, WANG held successive party administrative positions at the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE), serving as Secretary and Deputy Director of the UIBE CPC Organizational Division (April 2004-September 2009), Assistant Secretary and Director of the UIBE CPC Disciplinary Committee (September 2009-March 2016), while concurrently acting as Secretary of the UIBE Central Administration Sub-committee (May 2011-June 2017) and Director of the General Office of UIBE CPC Committee (September 2014-June 2017). He assumed his role as Secretary of the Disciplinary Committee, Assistant Secretary of BFU CPC Committee as well as member of the University's Standing Committee in July 2017. He has been the Secretary of BFU CPC Committee and member of its Standing Committee since September, 2025.

Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President
Li Zhaohu, male and of Han ethnicity, was born in July 1967. He is a member of the Communist Party of China and currently serves as the President and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee at Beijing Forestry University.
Prior to joining BFU, he served in turn as the Dean of the College of Agronomy and Biotechnology at China Agricultural University, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Vice President, and Executive Vice President from 2002 to 2018. In September 2018, LI took on the role of President and Deputy Secretary at Huazhong Agricultural University.
In August 2024, LI was appointed as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Beijing Forestry University.

Since her graduation from BFU in 1987, SUN has worked in succession as director of the Graduate Student Enrollment Division (from September 2000 onwards), director of the Department of Graduates Affairs (from April 2005 onwards), director of the Publicity Department (from January 2017 onwards) and member of the Standing Committee of BFU CPC Committee (from December 2018 onwards). In February 2019, she was appointed to serve concurrently as the director of the Innovation and Development Center of Moral and Political Education in Universities (in February 2019) and dean of the School of Marxism (in April 2019). ZOU went to university as a forestry major during the period ranging from September 1983 through July 1987 in Beijing Forestry University, following which he took up a job in the university and started his career. He got his master degree in the Agriculture Faculty of Okayama University in Japan (October 1990 through March 1993) before working on his doctorate degree on part time basis from September 2002 through June 2005. He previously served as Vice Dean and later Dean of the School of Environmental Science and Engineering, as well as Director of the Development and Planning Office at Beijing Forestry University. WANG is primarily responsible for graduate education, IT construction, and sports initiatives, while assisting the President in strategic planning and disciplinary development.
