This year, Beijing Forestry University has welcomed 113 international freshmen from 40 countries for registration.

President An Lizhe, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee Xie Xuewen, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee Sun Xinli, Vice President Zou Guohui, and Vice President Zhang Zhiqiang came to the International College to extend their regards to all staff and volunteers working for the orientation. They gained real-time understanding of the progress of the college's new student orientation and fully affirmed the orderly implementation of the new student orientation activities.

International College has made extensive preparations and produced detailed enrollment handbooks to provide guidance for each international student on registration and campus life.

The International College has recruited a strong team of volunteers among international senior students, who have diverse nationalities and language backgrounds. Prior to the orientation, the Office of Student Affairs and Services provided unified training for the volunteers, clarifying their roles and scheduling. This volunteer team offers comprehensive support and assistance to international students.

Today, the volunteers warmly welcome the new students, guiding them through the registration process, inputting information online, obtaining student cards, arranging accommodations, and applying for phone cards. Along the way, the volunteer team answers questions and helps with luggage, lighting up the first lamp for the new students' enrollment journey.
